🗽 Sculpture/Three-dimensional Art

She was born in Japan and now lives in Brooklyn. She has had a passion for art since she was very young. After 12 years of specialized art training at the Joshibi University of Art and Design and its affiliated schools, including her MFA, she has continued to explore a wide variety of media and techniques, including painting, printing and mixed media.

Her current focus is on the creation of two types of projects. One is a series of paintings that depict the vibrant and diverse community of performers who dance in the nightclubs of Brooklyn. She is fascinated by the backstage world of these performers and the ways in which their bodies and movements are reflections of their unique identities and experiences. Through her art, she seeks to illuminate these performers’ hidden worlds, inviting viewers to consider the beauty and power of the human form in all its diversity.

The second project is an interactive installation experiment, primarily placed at community gatherings, which aims to explore and objectify human emotions through the use of various materials and technologies. It invites the community to reflect on their relationships and how they perceive them.

As an artist, her goal is to create thought-provoking, authentic and unique work. She hopes to inspire others to see the world in a new light and to consider the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
